In a group of 3 or 4, perform 5 minute rounds of:
5 minutes each, :30 second transition time between.
– One group member must be resting at all times at stations 1, 2, & 3.
– Score is total reps accumulated in all rounds by all group members.
– Hollow/ Superman round does not count towards rep total.
