60 total squats per round for 3 rounds. (180 total reps.)
20 reps @ height 1 (6″ from floor)
20 reps @ height 2 (9″ from the floor)
20 reps @ height 3 (12″ from the floor)
Goal is to challenge the low ranges of our squat while keeping our strong posture and proper mechanics. If any range is not possible with form intact, move to the next and make up the reps. Rest between sets, not during- keep the sets of 20 uninterrupted.
