On a 25-minute descending clock, complete:
10 rope climb
50 Box step* (1/2 BW +)
50 Box jump (vary height/ version of movement as desired**)
100 KB swings (vary weight/ version of movement as desired**)
Partition and configure reps and sets of movements in the most efficient way possible without sacrificing quality of work. Scale up or down at the halfway point based on quantity of work remaining.
*Weight for box step can be DB’s, KB’s, bumper plates, maces, sandbag. Demand upright posture and lots of tension to keep each step safe and useful.
**Minimum set requirement for box jump and swing is 10 reps.
No minimum on box step or rope climb.
