Complete entire interval before switching to next movement.
Weight stays off the floor throughout the entire Halo interval.
Match output each round in Halo and high-knee jumprope.
2 minutes rest, then 8 rounds of:
15 yd. Farmer carry @ BW
Rest as needed between. If entire bodyweight does not travel together in one trip, add trips as needed to accumulate designated weight.
