10 rounds of:
Alternate pulling movement by round (not during) as desired.
Kettlebell complex** (20L, 20R- weight is self-scaled.)
Alternate arms as needed/ desired. (2 or more reps.)
Choose weight based on the weakest of the 3 lifts.
*With the exception of widening the feet if needed, do not allow range of motion and structure of a proper pushup to change with the addition of weight in the dumbbell row.
**Link together 3 or more different kettlebell lifts into a cohesive, flowing sequence. Be as creative as you’d like, and make sure you can perform the lifts/ series of lifts with equal proficiency on both sides. Today, use the combination listed above.
