With a partner:
Crossing the floor* (40ft. x 2)
“2-sec” OH KB swing**
Partner 1 travels out 40 ft. and back while partner 2 holds KB locked out OH. If KB comes down, crossing the floor stops. When KB goes back up, crossing the floor re-starts.
20 minutes- count completed rounds and 1/2 rounds.
*”Crossing the floor” suggestions: Pushup walk, lunge, alligator crawl, broad jump/ burpee broad jump, inchworm, front roll/ back roll, bear crawl.
**2-second overhead swing reaches but does not cross the vertical plane and holds there for a full 2/1000. (Today, hold until your partner returns.) The count starts when the weight stops moving. Keep a neutral, straight spine and active shoulders at all times. (Keep your back straight and push the weight to the ceiling.)
