Accumulate as many reps Kettlebell Snatch as possible in 10 minutes, adjusting weight up or down every 2 minutes of work.
(Ex. Block 1: 35lb., Block 2: 55lb., Block 3: 78lb., Block 4: 55lb., Block 5: 35lb)*
Start as light/ heavy as you choose, and switch arms as desired.
Take short, specific rest only as needed, and make immediate adjustments to weight if/ when form fails. Score today= total pounds. Multiply weight x reps for each round and total at the end.

10 minutes, alternating movements every 2 minutes of work.
(Ex. Block 1: regular jumprope, Block 2: Double-unders, Block 3: High-knees, Block 4: regular jumprope, Block 5: Double unders)*
Score= total reps. Combine with total weight from above for complete score.
