In a group of 10 – 15, and on a descending clock*:
Jumprope/ burpee failure drill
Entire group jumps rope. When anyone in the group misses or stops due to form or fatigue, immediately perform 3 burpees and return to jumprope.
*Duration is either 15, 25, or 35 minutes, and is effort based- The harder you work, the shorter you work. Clock starts at 15 minutes.
Laziness and/ or unspecific rest allows Instructor to add time to the clock.
Then, a “Notable Feats” effort.
Pick one of our foundational movements and perform 100 reps with precision, speed, and ferocity.
Choose movement according to your strengths, recovery plans, and training week to date.
