Goal is uninterrupted sets with meticulous position and form throughout.
If the designated weight creates/ forces a compromised position, make an immediate adjustment.

Using the same single kettlebell throughout, perform 10 total reps of each movement in order.
Today, 1st round is light and 2nd round is heavy- choose the most challenging weight possible that allows you to safely complete all movements in sequence with limited interruptions.
