Rest as needed between sets. Weight goes up each set (denoted by commas between.) Alternate L to R on lunge steps.
4 minutes rest, then:
24 double-unders/ 36 high-knee or weighted jumprope/ 72 regular
6 High-knee jumps**
*Lunges can be weighed with kettlebells, barbells, sandbags.
**Jump does not require a full squat, but DOES require knees above hips at the top of the jump.
