When scheme is listed as “1 x 10″, it always refers to “Sets” x “Reps”.

Then, quickly and meticulously:

40 yd. bear crawl
40 Dumbbell power snatch @ 1/4 BW (Switch arms as desired)
:20 sec. rest
40 yd. bear crawl
40 Hollow rock
:20 sec. rest
40 yd. bear crawl

If designated dumbbell weight compromises position/ execution, make as minor an adjustment as needed to continue safely. If hollow body position breaks, rest briefly to refocus and continue (no lazy hollow rock).
