Round 1: 18 lunge/OH lunge/full range lunge
Round 2: 18 KB clean/high pull/full range high pull
Round 3: 10 burpee/swing
Round 4: 10 pull up/bw row/20 row machine
Pick a motion from each set and complete the indicated reps. Partner is doing iso squat or wall sit until complete, then switch. Rotate through as many motions as possible per round. Each round is 6 minutes.
