Wolf Brigade offers professionally-curated, progress-driven classes in Strength & Conditioning daily.

Martial Arts (grappling, striking) and private training are also available.

Wolf Brigade is open to any and all with the want and will to learn, apply, and improve.

Training options are in-person at our Rochester, NY, location or remotely, via our Subversive Fitness website.
