The kettlebell wall ball substitute is a great dexterity drill, as well as a sound way to reinforce and practice the transition from a strong hinge position (deadlift, Good Morning, kettlebell swing) into a more upright squat/ power clean/ Sumo/ high-pull position.
Kettlebell swing, Goblet squat, and hand-to-hand kettlebell transitions should be practiced separately prior to combining them.
