For our Mace Benchmark, one rep consists of:
- 2 Mace Squats
- 10-2 to the left
- 360 to the right
- 10-2 to the right
- Back to center
One SET = 5 reps + 100 jumpropes
NOTES:
Count sets performed in 30 minutes. Switch lead direction every rep.
