Front Roll

The goal of our front roll is to safely tumble forward without striking your head or rolling through your spine. We teach the roll across your same-side shoulder, transferring to your opposite-side hip, and regaining original foot positioning. Once practiced, roll should be able to be performed safely with implement in-hand.
