Back Roll

This version of the back roll is performed without using/ touching the hands or arms to the ground, in consideration of the fact that when we fall, it will often not be on a cooperative squishy floor, we may be holding something, or need our hands in an active position to address our surroundings.

Prior to practicing back roll, please practice Granby roll in order to ensure both your neck and ability to be upside-down are properly primed.
