Diagnostics- such as kettlebell halo- and familiarity/ proficiency in back pendulum + pull-over are strongly recommended before practicing mace 360.
As always, position governs weight, and attention will govern position; Apply what you know, in order to lift what you can.
Too light, passively, or inattentively, even a movement as powerful as the mace 360 can be a gimmick.
