Partial speed snatch is another excellent “power dexterity” teacher and tester; If the lift is not organized and violent from the floor, and the punch is not crisp, well-timed, and fluid, this movement simply will not work.
And, the kettlebell will unforgivingly hit your arm, every time. It’s funny to watch, but not what we’re trying to do.
