This variation of the kettlebell snatch begins on the floor in an upright, more-squat-than-hinge position. The thumb is turned in 10/15 degrees from a standard vertical “Pistol grip” position.
All other mechanics of a ground-to-shoulder/ ground-to-overhead lift + kettlebell snatch wp-contently.
