The tipped-forward variation shown here, is one of the most effective diagnostics we have found in assessing and addressing any remaining inconsistencies in the squat. Even the slightest tip forward of an adult-weight mace demands a braced, aggressive squat, hard, organized posture, and “Tip-to-tail” connectedness.
