Work hard to maintain consistent output throughout all 6 rounds.
If position breaks, adjust weight.
Then, for time:
30 1-arm Kettlebell Thruster (35lb. W, 55lb. M)
Alternate arms as desired, or as dictated by designated weight.
If designated weight creates or forces a compromised position, make an immediate adjustment.
