Weight goes up each set (denoted by commas between).
Rest as needed between sets, and use up to 5 singles to reach new 1RM.
Up to 5 minutes rest, then 3 rounds of:
3 Sled drag (15yd. each @ 70lb. W, 90lb. M)
9 Burpee box jump
1 minute rest
”Drag” = forward, and “Pull” = backward.
Time each round- if rounds 2 or 3 increase in duration by more than 15 seconds over an aggressive round 1, perform 15 additional burpee box jumps for each.
