    Deadlift + power clean*:

    7, 5, 3

    Weight goes up each set (denoted by commas between).
    Rest as needed between sets (no less than 1 minute).

    *1 deadlift (back to the floor) + 1 power clean= 1 rep.

    Pick one of our bodyweight movements and perform 100 reps (or corresponding time/ distance) with precision, speed, and ferocity.
