    15 reps total @ (up to) 90% of 2RM

    Accumulate 15 reps in whatever scheme is required to maintain strong, high-quality lifts at heavy, designated percentages. Rest as needed between each set.

    Then, 15 minutes of:

    20 Kettlebell Figure-8 (25lb. W, 45lb. M)
    20 Medicine ball throw (Partner or wall– 12lb. W, 16lb. M)
    20 Kettlebell kayak (25lb. W, 45lb. M)
    :20 sec rest (Use in maximum of 3 rounds)

    And then, for time:

    50 calories Airdyne

    At a vicious pace, accumulate calories as quickly as possible. Rest when you’re done.
