Then:

Bodyweight skill work

There is no ceiling to the difficultly and value bodyweight movements can create and provide, provided they are well-organized and properly ordered at their foundation.

Once the basics are sound, add difficulty by changing start/ end position, range of motion, hand position, length of hold, time in transition, etc. Perform sets of 5 reps, evaluate, and either stay and adjust/ improve position or increase difficulty/ pace, perform another set, and evaluate again.

If unfamiliar what we consider a valuable, non-gimmick bodyweight movement, please refer to the list linked here.

Lastly, if you and yours can’t figure out ways to skill work bodyweight movements and make improvements, questions should be asked about both the participant and the process.

Reminder! (Almost) all movements referenced above are linked to high-quality video demonstrations/ explanations!
Please use them to your advantage!
