    1-arm kettlebell row:

    3 x 10L, 10R @ as heavy as possible

    Rest as needed between sets. If a set requires interruption adjust one interval down and re-do it uninterrupted. When scheme is listed as “3 x 10L, 10R″, it always refers to “Sets” x “Reps”.

    Then, 5 rounds of:

    5 Shin hops (Use assistance as needed)
    5 Box jump ladder (Box 1: 16″ W, 20″ M, Box 2: 22″-26″ W, 26″-30″ M)
    5 Walking inchworm
    5 2-arm kettlebell clean @ minimum 1/2 BW
    (Up to) 2 minutes rest

    If designated movements/ weights create compromised positions, make necessary adjustments and continue safely. Box jump ladder and kettlebell clean: Scale heights/ weights to ability.
