With a partner, each for time:
10 Band crawl
vs.
1-arm kettlebell swing (35lb. W, 55lb. M)
x 5
Alternating each round, each partner completes 5 turns at band crawl and 5 turns at kettlebell swing. Switch occurs immediately upon completion of band crawl.
Then:
50 Abmat med ball pass (15lb. W, 20lb. M)
And then:
10 Box jump @ 20″ W, 24″ M
vs.
Squat hold*
x 5
Again, alternating each round, each partner completes 5 turns at box jump and 5 turns at squat. Switch occurs immediately upon completion of box jump.
*Each squat position break= 10 reps 360 sit-up, accumulated and completed at the end.
