60 Tire smash (Any variation)
40 Kettlebell swing (45lb. W, 65lb. M)
20 Kettlebell Halo (35lb. W, 55lb. M) or Mace 360 (8kg. W, 10kg. M)
x 4, or 16 minutes, whichever comes first.
And then:
40 Bench press @ 3/4 BW or 50% of 1RM– whichever is higher.
May be performed uninterrupted, or broken into sets of 20, 10, or 5 with :30 seconds between each. If designated weight creates or forces a compromised position, make an immediate adjustment.
