    Kettlebell swing (35lb. W, 55lb. M)

    4 minutes rest. Then, for 8 minutes:

    8 Kettlebell swings
    2 breaths (No more than 5 seconds.)
    8 BW row
    2 breaths (No more than 5 seconds.)
