On a 20-minute clock, perform as many rounds as possible of:
6 TGU (35lb. W, 55lb. M)
10 Box jump
Alternate arms in the TGU as frequently/ infrequently as needed based on skill level and strength. (Less is more.)
Jumping height is less important today than fluidity- choose a box that will allow you to perform 10 challenging but uninterrupted reps for as many sets as possible.
