Front roll.
Roll, sprint, repeat (2011).

With a partner, complete:

200 Mace front pendulum (10kg. W, 12kg. M)
150 Push-up
100 Kettlebell deadlift @ 50% BW
50 Medicine ball shuttle run* (20yd. ea. @ 15lb. W, 20lb. M)

Divide work any way, and in any order, you choose. Today, one partner works while the other rests. Take time to strategize, and consider each others strengths and weaknesses- larger sets make sense with some movements, but not with others. Numbers are total, not each.

Then, skill work:

Whatever we need most.

Turn a critical eye on your last several weeks of training, and select something to make progress on.

*Ball remains in-hand but touches the ground at the end of each sprint.
