    As quickly as possible, and partitioned any way you choose:

    250 revolutions Airdyne
    100 Overhead kettlebell swing @ 35lb. W, 55lb. M
    25 Burpee broad jump

    Break sets into pieces that allow for high-paced, quality output.
    Kettlebell swing: “Overhead” is not a relative position. Hands, head, hips and heels are in line, shoulders are driving the weight to the ceiling, and guts are tight.

    Up to 5 minutes rest, then:

    20 Goblet squat @ 35lb. W, 55lb. M (Uninterrupted)

    And then:

    20 Turkish Get-up @ 50-60% of 1RM

    Switch arms and rest as needed/ desired.
