Kettlebell “Odd Lifts”, mace lifting, and sledgehammer skill development/ practice:
At skill work weights, practice two movements with a kettlebell, two with a mace, and two with a hammer, and make improvement in each. Start with the basic variations of each, and add difficulty/ weight as appropriate.
Then, on a 4-minute descending clock:
Work hard, move deliberately, and- as always- attempt to complete the task, not run out the clock. If designated weights create compromised positions, or force set interruption, adjust one interval down and continue safely.
