    8 Inchworm

    Concentrate on the set-up/ reset in each press. Placing it in a conditioning-style couplet doesn’t mean we rush the reps.

    Then, 2 rounds of:

    30 Overhead walking lunge @ 25lb. plate W, 45lb. plate M
    30 Bodyweight row

    If/ when the elbows bend, take a 3-breath break and then resume; Arms bent is a no-rep.
